My concept of getting the “full” story on something always starts with the Five Ws and One H, now I am using the same concept to explain myself
Who am I?
I am a happily married person with a passion to cook a variety of cuisine. My inspiration comes from countless sources, each year as I travel, meeting countless people who for the most part love my cooking but do not share my passion for it.
Cooking is not my professional line of work, but I am hoping that one day I can become a restaurant owner, a food enthusiast, and an inspiration for those who would love to follow me on this journey.
What started this blog?
With my friend’s encouragement I started this blog on December 10, 2011. It is very much in its infancy and I hope you will be patient as I learn to maneuver myself in the world of blogging.
I do not write restaurant reviews, I write to inspire people about food and cuisine, from simple recipes to more extraordinary ones.
Where did I do most of my cooking?
Geographical location is no longer an important factor in this era of World Wide Web. Some setting will take place in the USA, the native land of my spouse, others will be from a land faraway. I can promise you that my cooking diary will go beyond hamburger, pizza and hot dogs.
When will it take place?
No specific schedule on the calendar. My blog will be updated whenever I think that my readers will benefit from it. During the months of celebration (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc.) you will see more posting than other months.
Why and How?
I feel the need to document my knowledge, my experience, and my passion in a way that is well structured. I am not known to be a good writer, l love pictures the best but I also realized that my memory would go blur as the days turn into weeks and the months into years. Blogging is probably the only way to keep things organized. So here we are, I hope you will enjoy Cuisine Quest!
